Shadow Flows

These guided movement practices are designed to help you acknowledge, express, and release suppressed or difficult emotions—your “shadow.” Using somatic flow and bilateral movement techniques, Shadow Flows guide you into deeper awareness, helping transform tension into truth and movement into medicine.

Movement Meditations

Stillness in motion. Presence in practice.

These gentle, rhythm-based practices combine intentional movement with breath, imagery, and body scanning, offering a grounded reset during your workday. Use them as a break between meetings, a transition after work, or a moment to reconnect with your body’s wisdom.

Emotional Intentions

Name it. Move with it. Transform through it.

Each Emotional Intention practice begins with a core feeling state or intention—like courage, surrender, boundary-setting, or clarity—and guides you through movement sequences that embody that quality. This section helps you live intentionally, not reactively.
